Refund policy


Message to Bag Enthusiasts:

At CKgotBags, every item is custom-built and handmade in small batches using premium marine-grade materials, tailored specifically for Speed UTV models. Because our products are built to exact specifications and not mass-produced, all sales are final, with limited exceptions.

 

Refunds or Replacements Are Offered If:

  • The product arrives damaged during shipping

  • You received the wrong item (e.g., wrong side or incorrect bag)

  • There is a clear defect in construction or materials

To request a resolution, contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number and full name

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

*For claims of shipping damage, customers must submit clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label within 5 calendar days of delivery. We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests if the evidence does not reasonably support shipping damage.

If the issue is verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method

 

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If we made a mistake (e.g., wrong item, verified defect, shipping damage), we will cover all shipping costs, including return and re-shipping.

  • If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., ordered the wrong item), the buyer is responsible for return shipping, and we will deduct the label cost from the refund if a prepaid label is provided.

  • For exchanges, buyers are responsible for both return and replacement shipping unless the exchange is due to our error.

 

Returns Are Not Accepted For:

  • Buyer's remorse (change of mind or no longer needed)

  • Used, installed, or altered products

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

  • Claims made after the 5-day window
