All bags are handmade using marine-grade materials. Because each item is custom-built, slight variations may occur. Orders are final once placed and cannot be canceled.

2. Pricing & Taxes

Prices include free U.S. shipping. Sales tax is applied at checkout for California residents, as required by law. Prices and availability may change without notice.

3. Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns for defective or incorrect items. Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery, and customers are responsible for return shipping. Approved refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

4. Shipping

Orders ship via USPS. Tracking is provided when available. We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once shipped.

5. Use of Website

All content—including product photos, designs, and logos—is the property of CKgotBags and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Privacy

We don’t share or sell your personal information. It is only used to process and fulfill your order.
